I am a Senior Product Designer / Senior UX Designer based in London, with a background bridging social science, business, and technology. I am passionate about connecting human needs with emerging AI capabilities, particularly in AI SaaS products.

Starting my UX journey in 2017, I now have over 5 years of full-time experience in end-to-end product design. My expertise lies in product-led growth, user onboarding, activation, and conversion. Beyond crafting UI deliverables, I specialize in UX research and data-informed product design—driving business impact and customer satisfaction through measurable user experiences.

My most recent move is pursuing an MSc in User Experience Engineering at City St George's, University of London. My dissertation focuses on designing Human-AI interactions for LLMs.

And yes, I vibe-code! I'm constantly exploring the delicate balance between the AI acceleration of UX workflows and the rigor of conventional UX methodologies.

Companies I've worked with

Vyond
beBit
7-Eleven
PDIS
Alfred Camera

My professional career is summarised below:

  • Vyond, Senior UX Designer (2023 - 2025)
  • Vyond, UX Designer (2021 - 2023)
  • beBit, UX Consultant (2020 - 2021)
  • PDIS, UX Design Intern (2019)
  • Alfred Camera, UX Design Intern (2017 - 2018)

At Vyond, I spearheaded end-to-end design initiatives in the Growth team, focusing on user onboarding, product-led growth, and homepage experiences. I also led UX designs in the Video Productivity team, building features like video translation, folder sharing, and a media library.

At beBit, I collaborated with 7-Eleven, the largest convenience store chain in Taiwan, and many other clients on various user experience consulting projects, ranging from generative research to UX design execution.

Education

City St George's
NTU
NTHU

I hold several degrees, including:

MSc User Experience Engineering — City St George’s, University of London (2026)

  • This degree investigates the fit between people and technology, especially AI.
  • Focus on Human-AI interaction as dissertation topic.
  • Modules include AI for UX Professionals, Experiencing AI, Low Code for UX, Human Factors, Inclusive Design, Virtual Reality Design and Development, and Computing the User Experience.

MBA Service Science — National Tsing Hua University (2020)

  • Graduated with a dual-track certificate on service design and business analytics.

BA Library and Information Science — National Taiwan University (2018)

  • Trained with information behavior, information psychology, information architecture, and human-computer interaction theories.

How I work

  • I treat rejected designs as valuable signals — in the Vyond AI Credits project, I actively argued against a dark-pattern upsell approach to protect user trust.
  • I don't wait for data to be handed to me — I run my own Amplitude queries to identify drop-off points and build design hypotheses before proposing solutions.
  • I focus on measurable outcomes — every design decision I make is tied to a business or user metric, from MRR growth to task completion rates.
