Spacebook: A space-hiring marketplace MVP
Spacebook is a space-hiring marketplace MVP designed to meet the short-term venue needs of students, study groups, and workshop organisers.
This fully functional proof-of-concept allows guests to seamlessly browse and book venues, while enabling hosts to list new spaces. The backend intelligently cross-references real-time space availability against existing reservations to prevent double-booking.
Built from the ground up starting with wireframes, Spacebook demonstrates robust data persistence and user authentication—proving it as a scalable application rather than a superficial UI prototype.
The platform was designed in Figma, vibe-coded with Antigravity, integrated with Supabase, and hosted on Vercel. Try the interactive prototype below.
